Black Book Guitars presents this fine pre-war jumbo guitar,  featuring a 15 1/2" wide body with a spruce top and beautiful dark rosewood back and sides. Upper bout 3 1/2 inches, lower bout 4 inches.

The fancy pearl vine inlay and abalone trim on top and soundhole has aged nicely. The top and back of body shows play wear overall but remains in well-preserved original condition.

A square neck to round neck conversion has been performed by master luthier Kerry Char. This included a neck reset, new bridge, and new Grover tuners. Width at nut is 1 3/4 inch. String action is low and the guitar is a pleasure to play. (video demo available). Hard case included. 
 
Oahu guitars were made in Chicago, Illinois. The Style 68K De Luxe Jumbo was Oahu's highest end model.
