1977 Fender Precision Bass

Nicely worn in example of a solid Precision Bass with a comfortable neck and a naturally aged white body. This example reminds me of the famous bass used by Paul Simonon that graced the cover of The Clash's London Calling album cover. Serial number S755041 at headstock.

Original grey bottom pickup dates 1977 and measures 10.35K.  Neck stamp is 01063471 (Precision Bass, 34th week ,1977, Monday) Pots date 41st week 1976. Back of neck is comfortable with little wear. Original pickguard is crack free. Original tuners hold strong.

Overall a great playing and sounding Precision Bass with 1970's  features, weighing in at a comfortable 9lb 4 oz. This is THE bass for your studio or stage.

Includes new gig bag.
