1971 Fender Precision

Lightweight example of a solid Precision Bass with a comfortable neck and faded sunburst body.

Original cloth wire grey bottom pickups date late 1970, neck dates early 1971. Pots date 1965 (one pot replaced, original in case). Rosewood fretboard shows nice grain pattern. Back of neck features birds eye maple against cathedral grain with little wear. Added Bad Ass bridge gives lots of sustain (original hole pattern to bring back to original if wanted). Original pickguard is crack free. Original tuners hold strong.

Fender tail logo case has duct tape on ends. Overall a great playing and sounding Precision Bass with early 60s features, weighing in at a comfortable 9lb 6 oz. This is THE bass for your studio.
