1968 Fender Telecaster with rosewood neck. Leo Fender's solid body electric guitar, made in Fullerton, California. Iconic in both sound and design. This example is well preserved for the collector and player.
Body:Original blonde finish with white pickguard.
Neck: Rosewood fretboard on maple neck, dot inlays. Original frets. Heel date is JUL 68. Truss rod moves freely. Fender logo with
"Telecaster"decal at headstock is fully intact. Back of neck shows a beautiful 'cathedral' pattern grain with subtle bird's eye showing through nitro finish.
Pickups/Hardware: Original pickups are strong at 6.03K (bridge) and 6.87 (neck). All wiring is untouched original.F stamped tuners hold strong. Bridge saddles are in great condition and move freely for easy intonation. Pots date 17th week 1966. Serial 235965 on neck plate.
Cosmetic Condition: Guitar is clean with light wear. There is a nick that goes through finish as shown in photo. All parts are 100% original.
Playability: Frets have plenty of life left. This guitar has THE Telecaster sound that we all look for.
