1967 Fender Coronado Wildwood

Introduced in 1965, the Coronado was Fender's first hollow body guitar. This example is rare with custom color Wildwood body and matching headstock. 

Body: Original Wildwood finish elegantly aged over decades with blue-green hues. Light natural checking throughout. Fender's classic hollowbody shape. Beautifully book matched grain pattern front and back. 

Neck: Matching Wildwood headstock. Maple neck with dark rosewood fingerboard. Block inlays. 21frets. Nut Width: 1 5/8”.  

Pickups/Hardware: Original DeArmond single coil pickups are strong at 7.15 (neck) and 6.39 (bridge). Fender stamped Grover tuners with pearloid buttons. Original bridge and tremelo. 

Cosmetic Condition: Minimal play wear, light checking. No breaks. Well loved. 

Playability: Original frets show little play wear. Nice medium action. 

Weight: 6lbs 13oz
