1956 Gibson Les Paul Junior

The Gibson Les Paul Junior features elegant and simple design. This worn in example is an amazing find that would make an excellent addition to anyone’s collection.

Body:Single slab Honduran mahogany with tobacco sunburst finish. 

Neck: Mahogany. Round neck profile, smaller than the typical 56 'baseball bat' size. Nut is slightly larger than 1 11/16" wide. Brazilian rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. Truss rod moves freely. Rare Made in USA indication for Canada export. Serial number 6 3480. 

Pickups/Hardware: Original P-90 single-coil bridge pickup measures strong at 7.16K. Original gold top hat knobs. Newer Kluson strip button tuners, nut, frets, wrap bridge (original included), tone and volume potentiometers, tone cap, jack plate. With these updated parts the guitar is ready for studio or stage. 

Cosmetic Condition:

Guitar has been fully cleaned and polished while in shop. Heavy play wear throughout with strum marks and finish checking. No cracks, breaks, or repairs. 

Playability: New vintage size frets makes this guitar a pleasure to play. It is currently set up and intonated with 10-46 strings. 

Weight: Lightweight at 7lb 11oz 

Case: Non original TKL hard case with Epiphone logo.
