1931 Gibson L-0

12 fret to the body mahogany L-0 flat top guitar.  Beautiful grain pattern book matched under a thin finish. The worn in look, feel, and tone makes this pre-war Gibson a treat to play.

Excellent tone and volume thanks to light construction using thin woods and slim braces. Total weight is only 2 lbs 14oz. Over time (91 years in this case) the thin tops in many L series guitars have distorted tops as shown with this example. There are bumps and bruises, cracks on side (see photo) and touch up applied by brush on back. The guitar has been serviced at some point as evidence by newer age appropriate frets. The original tuners hold strong. The headstock and 'The Gibson' logo is nicely preserved.

Playability is nice for this old timer. Drop by our showroom located in Portland, Oregon to demo. Contact us for a video demo.

Comes with hard shell case.
