1967 Musiccraft Messenger

Unique and rare creation from Musiccraft San Francisco featuring a magnesium-aluminum alloy neck which extends through the body to create stability and sustain. It is said that the neck is removable and forms a tuning forklike structure that was tuned to ring A440.

Binding is missing by tailpiece, and slight damage at input jack (see photos). Original Grover tuners. Humbuckers replaced original Harmony style Dearmond pickups. 

Original sunburst finish, thin bound sound holes. A beautiful looking instrument.

San Fransisco label in sound hole shows A1173 stamp. 

Weighs in at a comfortable 7 lb 15 oz.

Fully set up and intonated.

Includes original hard case.
