Early example of Fender's early American Vintage Reissue of the 1957 Stratocaster. The white finish has faded nicely to a mellow cream color.
Body: White finish with checking throughout.
Neck: Maple neck with dot inlays. 1950s spaghetti logo.
Pickups/Hardware: Single coil pickups are strong at 5.5 (neck), 5.5 (middle) and 5.8 (bridge). Tuners have been replaced in past. Current tuners are traditional style. V041785 serial on neckplate.
Cosmetic Condition: Honest play wear, dings, checking. Extra string tree hole at headstock. No breaks. Well loved, not abused.
Playability: Replaced frets show some play wear, but plenty of life left. This guitar has THE Stratocaster sound that we all look for in Strats.
