Gibson Custom Shop R9 reissue of the 1959 Les Paul Standard, in a beautifully flamed lemon burst finish.
Body: Mahogany with flamed maple cap, and binding on sides. Original sunburst finish on top, heritage cherry on sides and back.
Neck: Mahogany with binding. Long tenon. Medium 1959-style profile. Rosewood fretboard with trapezoid inlays and binding. Original frets. Truss rod moves freely.
Pickups/Hardware: Original nickel humbuckerbucker pickups read 7.53K (neck) and 7.94K (bridge). Original gold top hat knobs. Pots date 11th week 2006, bumble bee capacitors. Tune-O-Matic bridge saddles are in great condition and move freely for easy intonation.
Cosmetic Condition: Guitar has been fully cleaned and polished while in shop. It is in beautiful original condition. Normal play wear including marks on back. One ding by jack plate. No cracks, breaks, or repairs.
Playability: Original frets show very little play wear and have plenty of life left. It is currently set up and intonated with standard 10-46 strings.
Weight: 8lb 8oz
Case: Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case in very good condition with a few scuffs. Handle intact. One latch is loose. Strap and case candy in pocket.
