1968 Fender Telecaster

Fender Telecaster built in Fullerton, California. This example features a reliced refin body in faded Olympic White, changed electronics, and a maple cap neck.   

Body: Olympic White refin.  Original guard modified for humbucking pickup. 

Neck: Maple cap neck with dot markers, original F stamped tuners. Neck stamp is DEC 68. 

Pickups/Hardware: Changed electronics include a humbucker in neck for muscle and a traditional single coil in bridge for twang. Pots are appropriate 250K. Original 1966 1meg pots are included. Original bridge with steel saddles. Bridge cover included. Neck plate stamp is 231495. 

Cosmetic Condition: Normal play wear with reliced checking. No breaks or cracks. 

Playability: Original frets have lots of life left. Nice medium action. Notes ring out clear and true throughout the fretboard. Guitar has been fully cleaned, set up, intonated in shop with 10-46 strings. 

Modifications/Repairs: Routed body for humbucker, refin, changed electronics. 

Weight: 7lbs 6oz

Case: Yellow lined Fender hard case with 'no tail' logo.
