2011 Gibson SG Standard in limited Bullion Gold finish. This guitar was limited to 400 instruments worldwide and sold exclusively through Sam Ash. It has the perfect patina with naturally aged gold hardware against gold nitro finish.
Body: Mahogany body with Bullion Gold nitro lacquer finish. The nitro has already started to seep into the pores of the mahogany, showing 'greening' in wear marks.
Neck: Quarter sawn mahogany neck has a very comfortable profile with a C shape. 1 11/16" nut width. Pearloid crown and Gibson logo, Gibson Deluxe tuners with gold plating and aged tulip buttons.
Pickups/Hardware: 490R in the neck position is made with an Alnico II magnet and wound to vintage specs for plenty of warm vocal tones with impressive clarity. The 498T in the bridge position has an Alnico V magnet for more punch.
Cosmetic Condition: No breaks or cracks. Normal play wear on neck and top of body, worn finish at horns.
Playability: Guitar has been fully set up and intonated in shop. It plays beautifully with a straight neck.
