1971 Martin D-41

Early 1970s Martin dreadaughts are highly regarded as the musician's workhorse guitar. This D-41 is well loved and all original. It has a repaired top crack as shown in photo #8 and a crack under B string due to shrinking guard.

The Indian Rosewood back and sides are vibrant with a nice grain pattern. Intricate abalone inlay decorates the outer binding, sound hole, and Martin logo. The bound ebony fretboard features hexagon abalone fret markers. Gold Pat Pend Grover tuners hold tight. The patina is perfect for a 53 year old guitar. The sound is 100% signature Martin.

Demo this guitar in our showroom located in Portland, Oregon.
